All Incoming material must be tested to verify their suitability through Salt Spray Corrosion Test on steel pipe & extension test,Humidity and High-temp test,resistant test on electric wire, composition test on MgO powder and so on.
All finished heaters will pass the lead rod tension test, sealing test, X-ray inspection, temperature rise time measurement, power rating measurement, leakage current measurement, insulation resistance measurement, insulation withstand voltage test, on/off test, overload test, heat resistance test resistance test and X-ray inspection.
